By accessing or using GameSphere's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Service Description

GameSphere provides game server hosting services including:

  • Managed game server instances with DDoS protection.
  • Web-based control panel for server management.
  • File management and backup services.
  • Technical support via ticketing system.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Not attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt our systems or other users.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not host content that violates intellectual property rights.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Running DDoS attacks or any form of network abuse from our servers.
  • Hosting malware, phishing sites, or other malicious content.
  • Distributing pirated or illegally obtained content.
  • Using our services to harass, threaten, or harm others.
  • Cryptocurrency mining without explicit authorization.
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Payment and Billing

  • All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment is required in advance for all services.
  • Services are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
  • Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
  • Failure to pay renewal invoices may result in service suspension.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

GameSphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

We are not responsible for data loss. Users are encouraged to maintain their own backups.
